What’s the difference between Porcelain & Ceramic tiles?

Porcelain: high density, low water absorption (≤0.5%) – for bathrooms/outdoors. Ceramic: higher absorption (>0.5%) – for dry areas (e.g., living rooms).

Regular sizes (color/logo): 7-10 days; special sizes (extra-large): 15-20 days. Progress updates provided.

In-stock orders shipped in 48hrs. Most China areas: 3-7 days; remote areas (Xinjiang/Tibet): 8-12 days.

What if tiles are damaged on arrival?

Take “damaged tiles + waybill” photos, contact support within 24hrs. Free replacement after verification.

No direct installation, but recommend local certified installers (≥5yrs exp) – transparent quotes, free on-site measurement.

Can unused tiles be returned?

Unopened/undamaged tiles: returnable within 30 days (you cover shipping). Refund in 3-5 workdays after receipt.

Wipe with water daily. Avoid strong acid on matte tiles; anti-slip tiles: clean gaps every 3 months.
